Art.

 June 5th

Right before pulling into the parking garage I realized that today was Friday, not Saturday.  Because of this, I remembered to actually PAY for parking.  😂  For today, Friday, my happy things are from pictures:

I cannot say that I like this piece of art.  I do like the idea of it though... or at least what I see as the idea of it.  There is the map part.  The islands are actually 3-D and raised from the water parts.  I can only assume that it was either professional or painstaking in the making.  The Canada geese and driftwood are also attached, not painted.  The rectangles and circles are photographs.  There are also sea creatures, teeth (from animals/fish(?), shells, rocks, and things attached.  It seems to be someone's memory collection in one framed piece of art.  That makes it a cool thing, for that person.  The pile of dust in the corner was an added bonus from the back room.  😉  

While cleaning some things up I found a piece of tape that said Fe.  Not knowing what it was for I placed it onto Zed's box that he was sorting metal into.  Fe being one of the few element abbreviations I remember (iron) it seemed appropriate for this box.
It turns out the Fe was supposed to say Free.  When Zed wrote that last night and realized that he forgot the 'R' he decided to go home and get some sleep.  🤣

Whatever this flower is, it is the first in this patch to open.  Google Lens suggests a type of Sedum or gold moss stonecrop.

The chives are blooming and getting ready to turn to seed.  I may make a bouquet, they are probably already too old to be good to eat.
