Happy Palentine's Day
Friday the 13th Here are some happy things from today: Sunrise: The prep and procedure are done. I survived. If you want more information, check out my most recent Odds and Ends Blog ( possible link ). This is possibly too much information for some people. Bel was my transportation to and from the procedure. We went out for a quick lunch on the way home. Real food was nice to have. I'm so thankful they were with me. Against all the objections I got onto the treadmill after a nap. Probably not the best choice since I am not supposed to use machinery after anesthesia, but I did it anyway. That and some pacing and I got my 10,000 steps in for the day. Had I not felt up to it, I would have let my streak go.
