Stamps
April 1st
Here are some happy Wednesday things:
- One of the job paths at work is called Stow. It is not my favorite, but it is a huge part of what we do. Today I stowed for a little while and I was in the zone. Usually I stow at a rate of a little under 200 per hour occasionally going over 200. For the first little bit of stowing I was over 400 per hour! I feel that I should add that when stowing was almost the only thing I did, I sometimes hovered around 300 per hour.
- A friend sent me a card with some commemorative stamps of the Appalachian Trail. How sweet is that?
- Walking around the yard revealed more crocus plants! There are some behind one of the carports. Some of the bulbs I planted in big plastic tubs seem to be coming up, too.
- Mochi has decided that she likes Cousin Kate's lap. I don't have the heart to move her right now. Hopefully she will decide to leave herself, before I fall asleep! 😅
